Privacy Policy
Draft. This policy is a placeholder and is not yet in effect.
What stays on your computer
The desktop app processes agent events locally. Your code, prompts and chats are not sent to Flincko servers.
What we store
- Account: email, name, and a password hash managed by our authentication provider (Supabase).
- Billing: plan, subscription status and payment records from Paddle. We never see or store card numbers.
- Licensing: a hash of your license key, and for each activated computer a device identifier, name, platform, app version and last check-in time.
Product analytics
We use PostHog to understand how Flincko is used, so we can improve it. It collects what you do in our products, never what you work on:
- Website: pages visited, clicks, and session recordings with everything you type masked. Once you sign in, this is linked to your account.
- Desktop app: launches, welcome steps, menu and setting changes, connected agents, and counts such as tasks finished, tool calls and tests passed. Linked to your account when you sign in.
- Browser extension: which chat sites it watches and when replies start and finish.
Never collected: your prompts, code, chats, file names or project names. Turn it off in the desktop app (menu → Share anonymous usage data) or in the extension's popup (Share usage data).
Deleting your data
Delete your account from Settings in the dashboard. Paddle keeps transaction records it is legally required to keep.
